Brigadeiros- chocolate and almond

This Brazilian treat is everyone's favorite there. I DO NOT know anyone in Brazil who doesn't like this. Brigadeiros are a mixture between fudge and mousse, the texture is very soft and chewy and the taste of chocolate is intense. I've always loved it and it has always been part of my life at birthday parties, friends' reunions, rainy Sundays or the consolation after a sad day.
The "original" recipe is made with cocoa powder and coated in sprinkles but I like to make my own version, for this reason I used chocolate bars even to coat them (c'mom sprinkles are not chocolate).

We can learn  thousands of recipes and techniques but the taste from childhood is always in our mind and that is the BEST taste ever !

Recipe for chocolate Brigadeiros:
